Help with accomodation!

My name is Illiana and I am going to study at the University of Groningen starting february. I have a little trouble with my acommodation... I will be arriving on feb.4th in the evening, but I had been told by the student house manager that I need to pick up my studio keys at the University only during office hours. Since my flight arrives to Amsterdam this won't be possible. Do you happen to know anyone (maybe a student, mentor or anyone that wants to help! ) that could help me gathering the keys and that I could contact once I arrive. Since I don't know anyone in Groningen I'm worried about getting there without a place to stay :S, any advice would be helpful! thanks!

Where do I have to pick up the key? What do I need for that? Guess you should inform them beforehand. When do u arrive at the station?
